Reads like a Ghirardelli chocolate press release. I was trying to make Red velvet cake w/o food coloring, and ran into a wall on this article: if I buy some extra-dark bitter chocolate and mix it with vinegar and buttermilk, will I end up with red velvet cake (instead of devil's food cake?) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.101.3.104 (talk) 06:12, 8 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
