- IF the posting of the Buffalo Nine image violates copyright rules, then it should be speedily deleted. If, however, the pamphlet was in the public domain ninth 1960s sans copyright, then perhaps not. I am currently searching for the original pamphlet of which I have my own copy (currently misplaced) but assume it was produced by the Defense Committee itself an organization of UB SDS at the time. But I , whom posted said image to Wikipedia Commons and then the link on the article, should not be blocked from editing the B9 article. Pittore44 (talk) 07:06, 17 July 2022 (UTC)

- This was in regard to this file:
- I had attempted to use this in the "External References" section of the Buffalo Nine Article. That is if, I remember correctly. In any event, I would like it restored there, if that is permitted. I will try, today, to edit the Buffalo Nine Article main text to reflect that the Sostre case was contemporaneous with that of the Buffalo Nine and of great significance for the B9 defendants as well as the larger community. - For Tulsi Bhagat: Please do this for me. The Buffalo Nine was an important anti-war case similar in scope to the Chicago 7, and the article, in my opinion, should not be deleted. 2601:1C0:CA02:5AC0:1CA6:516E:842C:88DA (talk) 05:59, 23 July 2023 (UTC)
