Edit request: Lane[edit]

This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered.

Hello - this is to request an edit to the third sentence: "Lane is a subsidiary of the American Snuff Company, which is itself a division of Reynolds American."

Reynolds American sold Lane in 2011. The company is now part of Scandinavian Tobacco Group and is known as "Scandinavian Tobacco Group Lane Ltd."

It would be more accurate to state something like, "Lane became a subsidary of Scandinavian Tobacco Group in 2011.^[1]"

Also, since Lane is no longer affiliated with Reynolds American, the template at the bottom of the page should be deleted.

I am not making any edits myself due to my WP:COI, but am suggesting they be made by another Wikipedia editor if deemed appropriate. Thank you. Velinflo (talk) 15:46, 10 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
