Purchased golf shoes

Prematurely destroyed..metal cut into mu back of right foot. .wD given 30% discount on new purchase of different brand of shoes..I deserve a rebate for original purchase shoes..still waiting for local management to provide a fair return..advised waiting to talk with shie rep..please advisor me regarding my conversation golfing twice ot week since 1985 on leagues.
