@Bkonrad:, you stated "individual cases are components of these; there might be some better way to make this clearer". Please do, because right now, the only thing that seems clear is that these entries are in violation of WP:PTM. Your argument would be relevant for a set index article about the "instance" meaning of "case", but this is a disambiguation page, and the only factor is the name of the topics. Since there is "no significant risk of confusion", they don't belong here. The applies to the following entries:
