Would an anti-CD134 monoclonal antibody or immunoconjugate allow for
selective destruction of RECENTLY activated T-cells ? If this is the case, presumably it could have many potential implications including Tx of graft-versus-host disease, and various new-onset T-cell mediated autoimmune diseases. Any thoughts or info ? |
