only Australia?[edit]

Shouldn't there be some reference at the heading (possibly linking to a disambiguation article) to the fact that there are Calder rivers elsewhere such as in England?--Andrew Lancaster (talk) 08:29, 13 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
