Application[edit]

This article correctly states that the SCC failed to strike down S.43 of the Criminal Code. However, it did require that the law did not apply to teachers, thereby outlawing corporal punishment in Canadian schools. This is not a trivial outcome of this case, and should be included in this article. 66.241.130.86 (talk) 14:17, 25 July 2017 (UTC)
