No, since both "Bella Hudson" and "Caroline Lawson" are credited separately in the Pokemon episode "The Evolutionary War." Also, assuming the name "Caroline Lawson" was credited for Yu-Gi-Oh, her being a different person is out of the question since the voiceover demo on Carrie Keranen's official website include Mokuba Kaiba from the later episodes.
