Talk:Charles Abbott, 1st Baron Tenterden/GA1
- Technical stuff
- Other stuff
- "He The King's School, Canterbury from 1769"??
- The article is very well written, the only choppy bit I managed to find was "He opposed the Catholic Relief Act 1829. In 1830 he introduced several bills to Parliament" and "...he was true to his word, and never returned. From 8 August to 3 September 1827 he was interim Chancellor of the Exchequer..." in the last paragraph of the "career" section.
A fascinating article, though I'm sure many will disagree with me. It certainly meets the GA criteria and I don't see why it couldn't be an FA before long. A little more on his time as chancellor and other roles in the Lords would be nice to see if it's available, but this is an easy pass. Very nice work.
