A bot tagged this article almost as soon as I submitted it as potential copyright violation of http://www.queensroyalsurreys.org.uk/colonels/046.html. Given that that text is itself a direct copy of Richard Cannon's Historical Records of the 31st or Huntingdonshire Regiment of Foot which was published in 1850, I think it's a bit of a cheek of the Queen's Royal Surrey Regimental Association to assert their copyright over it.
