I personally and many times met the great pillar, whom I personally spiritually healed, Dr. Armando T. Chiong, the brother of retired Malolos Provincial fiscal Faustino T. Chiong and another Doctor brother owner of Saint Vincent Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital (Poblacion, Bustos, Bulacan). Charlotte is an extremely busy person. She has daily rounds of hospitals, and the only time a Bulakeno meets her to be treated is at her own Malolos EENT hospital. There you can view her tons of medals, award, plaques. I thrice visited her. The third NC no charge, she refused to accept my payment, since I know her father. She lives with her nieces whom she adopted at Philam, Quezon City, where SC Justice Bienvenido Reyes beside retired Tatang Laurea, and of course my Idol the late Justice Edgardo P. Caguioa and now, SC Senior Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa whom I met at the wake of Romeo Callejo Sr.. I write these, Charlotte M. Chiong went ahead of her father, I think she is the only one who can successfully transplant an ear drum. However, amid her tons of awards, I came too close to her. With 21 x vomiting on Good Friday of 2017, she examined my ear drum and told me its is perfect. I complained since she removed my medicine serc, and gave me a Vitamin B. I told her, I am suffering from vertigo, but she said, maybe it is the inner ear. She cleared me of any illness despite my attacks of swirling around. A noted doctor like her or even a jurist like CJ Puno, will not say, MAYBE it is the inner ear. I am writing this, since I just discovered that this article exists, and I desire to support my unreferenced edits with interview of her nurse who took care of her since childhood, and I want to interview her to improve this article.
