I'm going to remove the blurb about Janie Varner; I believe the statement is accurate, but it is not encyclopedic, it is not readily verifiable, and it is no longer relevant, since Ms Varner is no longer principal at Niceville.

  • Interesting comments, especially regarding the "overinflation" of extracurricular achievements. Exactly which is untrue? The fact is, every piece of information (date, 11/2/06) on the page is a hard, verifiable fact. As a Choctaw alum, I am proud to stand by the "Big Green" and its many achievements.
  • How come the rival school, Fort Walton Beach High School does not have it's own page. We've owned Choctaw for many years in sports so we should get a page.
  • I don't mean to sound biased or anything (I do technically go to one of Choctaw's rival schools), but this whole article seems to be written from a rather biased POV. They especially seem to overinflate the extracurricular achievements of the school. Starked 04:21, 19 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • How come OWCHS doesn't get a page? I mean, I know it's a little biased, but I think that the Collegiate High has far noteworthy achievements and is more unique than Choctaw is.
To those of you guys who want FWBHS or OWCHS to have a page, make one. We're not going to do it for you. -FLLMTLCHCB
