Low importance?

In the words of William Colby, pacification under CORDS was General Abrams's "number one strategy for the war." CORDS, to quote the Time Life history, "may have been the greatest success of America's two-decade-long involvement in Vietnam." And this article is of low importance? No argument being made to the contrary I have changed this article from "low" to "high" importance. Smallchief (talk 10:07, 24 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
