History

The article currently says nothing about how this legislation was drafted and eventually passed. This is a major lapse, because it leaves it without context. Superm401 - Talk 19:39, 10 July 2008 (UTC)

Agreed. That is why I came to the article to learn how it came to happen, what role the executive and legislative branches played, who supported it, who opposed it, etc. --Rico (talk) 03:48, 2 April 2014 (UTC)

Page Graffiti

Sorry all, I am not an expert on Wikipedia editing, but I wanted to let more skilled editors of this page know that under the section "designated uses", someone has edited in ":) WASHINGTON WAS A GUMBALL EATER". Upon looking on the edit page, the graffiti was not there to remove, so I am at a loss of what needs to be done to remove it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.127.96.14 (talk) 22:29, 1 April 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for your interest, but this problem has been solved. The graffiti was removed by an automated program called Cluebot NG. Moreau1 (talk) 02:23, 2 April 2014 (UTC)
