Just a note about the U.S. Army counter-insurgency manual page citations. They are to section 3 of the manual, pages 11, 12, and 13. Thus, the cites are to "three dash 11" not "three through 11." - Tim1965 (talk) 13:43, 6 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
