Hi LibStar. Yes, I agree, normally an ordinary primary school is not notable.

This one, however, or at least the buildings/site, is on the state heritage register, it was also the oldest primary school in Morwell. While it closed as a primary school in 2017, the site was, and its buildings, were re-purposed as a special needs school. All this is readily avialable in reliable secondary sources, and hence satifies WP:NEXIST. The "Commercial Road Primary School" facility is, I suggest, notable. Regards.
