Opposition to the Marshall Plan[edit]

The current Opposition to the Marshall Plan section is terrible and dubious. The Marshall Plan article describes it as the first time America turned away from isolationism, so how can it be "pullback"? "Backlash" against what? Eventually many supported the Marshall Plan as an anti-communist strategy even if they were unconvinced of economic rationales, so why did anti-communists oppose it?
