[edit]How is Ms. Watts considered a notable figure? Based on Wikipedia's stated definitions of such, she does not meet this criteria. Accomplished? Yes. Notable in the art world? No. Resoundingly, no.
She is not cited. She did not create a theory or advance a process. She has no significant body of work (yes, she has work at the airport, but if that's the criteria...)
