Full disclosure: I personally work at CEMR. However, I think this information remains both neutral and objective.

Precedents in Wikipedia: Eurocities is a similar organisation and their Secretary general also appears in the information box on the right-hand side (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eurocities).
