notability threshold
[edit]Kendra Schaaf won her country's senior national championship, as this webpage (of 2011) shows: http://globalnews.ca/news/182436/cameron-levins-kendra-schaaf-victorious-at-canadian-cross-country-championships/ . There are so many people in entertainment (e.g. people in reality TV shows) who are in Wikipedia without accomplishing much, so I think that an accomplished athlete like Kendra Schaaf is notable enough to be put back into this Wikipedia article. I think mention of her is less likely to be deleted again if someone else puts it in. Hopefully, the above link would be sufficient to show she is notable.
