To my understanding, an article cannot be a GA if it has one or more unquestionably valid maintenance tags, which it seems to have with respect to Povenmire's filmography. This article has been a GA since 2010, and I think it's fallen under standards. I'm not sure if some of the sourcing meets standards for a BLP.
