Another version being sold?

[edit]

Just to make things more confusing, I have another version just purchased in Germany. It is Edel 0141922ERE and comes with a cardboard cover. 13 tracks. Apparently it is "copy protected" but I can play it ok, and it gets onto my ipod with no problems, so I'm ok with that.

What does seem a bit cheeky is that the CD title enters my iTunes Library as "Stony Road [CD One]" though of course "[CD Two]" is nowhere to be seen. Can aɦnyone shed any further light? Stephenjh 12:15, 6 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Could it possibly be this edition: Stony Road (Diamond Edition) @ Amazon.de? Looks like it was released last October. When searching for "Diamond edition", a host of albums by various artists released on Edel (including the ever popular David Hasselhoff) shows up, so it seems to be part of a mid-price re-release series.-- NordicStorm (t/c) 09:08, 8 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, that's the one. I took it back yesterday and replaced it with another that didn't have the cardboard box cover. I can still play that one on my laptop, so I'm not sure what the copy protection is all about, but I absolutely refuse to buy any copy protected stuff by any artist. It still enters details on my iTunes as "[CD One]" though, I'd love to hear CD Two one day. Stephenjh 16:33, 8 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Stony Road.jpg

[edit]

Image:Stony Road.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
