David Divine (Arthur Durham Divine) also wrote a book titled, The King of Fassarai, published in 1949 and 1950 by The Macmillan Company. This book focuses on the Micronesian islands of the Ulithi Atoll during World War II, telling the story of the indigenous people during the Japanese occupation and the following American use of the Atoll. It was published in shorter form earlier in the Saturday Evening Post (The Doctor of Unknown Island). Unfortunately, there is no information provided about how true or how fictional Divine's renditions of events in Ulithi are. If validation or other historical information is available, it would be a great benefit to the people of Ulithi to have it provided in Wikipedia.66.91.95.146 (talk) 02:04, 27 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
