I agree with merging the Dave Holt disambiguation page into the David Holt disambiguation page. As far as I can see, the only two people referred to who are usually cited as Dave Holt rather than David Holt are the British Olympic runner and the American baseball player. The page relating to the American baseball player has recently been deleted. I am intending to begin a page for the British Olympic runner, but I need to do a bit more research on him first.
