Possible 2pac/west coast reference
[edit]Near the end of the music video, around 3:40, there is a small 2Pac reference.
AZ rolls the dice, Jay-Z says "Where He At, Where He At?", Kareem Biggs mentions "Looks like California...Lotta money there...Imma take all of it". The Notorious B.I.G rolls the dice and says "Who shot ya" as he rolls, then they all laugh.
Who Shot Ya being a possible diss track towards 2Pac. Kareem Biggs' comment is also controversial, as the east coast/west coast beef was also between hip hop moguls such as Biggs and Suge Knight. The scene also shows the solidarity of the east coast artists. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.0.147.75 (talk) Digidrago 12:24, 20 July 2012 (UTC)
What about the other "Dead Presidents" song?
[edit]I think there should be an entry or disambiguation page for the old blues song "Dead Presidents", composed by Willie Dixon and probably best known from Little Walter. I was originally looking for info on that song, only to find this one of the same title that I'd never heard of. WillieBlues (talk) 20:15, 25 March 2012 (UTC)

[edit]Why is this song so awesome?
I was wondering that too. And is the Stillmatic Freestyle, "H to the omo"?
I know kanye has a song where he raps over the dead presidents beat, and I can't remember the name for the life of me the name of the song, anyone know what song I'm talking about? casecloser (talk) 03:34, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
I can't help but think the cover art for this single is a Hüsker Dü reference - the cracked logo, with the umlaut, seen here. That was their signature logo for their entire career. Seems extremely unlikely considering it's a Jay-Z single, but who knows... NIRVANA2764 (talk) 01:46, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
