The original opening paragraph mentioned 1966 and 1967 launches of important satellites-- that was, perhaps, a reference to the Delta G, but was not the Delta L.

The Pioneer E article does not exist but the failed launch of the E is mentioned in the Pioneer 6, 7, 8 and 9 article, so the link is to there.

Also lost, the TETR was a test satellite without an associated article, but might be expected to be mentioned in the Manned_Space_Flight_Network page.
