Dire Straits on YouTube (official)
Why not? Lincoln Josh (talk) 14:39, 28 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Dead Link. Ok I added Skateaway in the Video listing. As I recall Romeo & Juliet and Making Movies singles also had videos to them. Now- 1981 predates MTV. What rules does Wikipedia have over listing videos- in regards to any required documentation? Wfoj3 (talk) 21:55, 1 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

first recording?[edit]

I have a Dire Straits track (called Eastbound train) on the Hope & Anchor Front Row Festival album recorded in December 1977 and released March 1978. Was this their first official release?--Davidvaughanwells (talk) 20:39, 13 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
