[edit]

This is a factual article related to the main chiropractic article that explains the most commonly used manipulative technique in the WORLD. It is used to specify what diversified techniques is, and what it isn't. It also has 2 verifiable and notable citations.

I fail to understand the logic in requesting an AfD under these circumstances. The Activator article, has been here for over a year and has 0 references. Yet my edit tries to get wiped out within 20 minutes. Hmmmmmm.... EBDCM (talk) 08:14, 19 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Suggest title change

[edit]

This ought to be entitled "Diversified technique". Diversified is just a word. -- Fyslee / talk 03:58, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

comment: I see no real problems with a change to the title Diversified technique, other than that due to restrictions with the Wikipedia software, it cannot be titled diversified technique. Should it still mention the differences between them? (Is you is or is you ain't - by Gleberson comes to mind). What do the sources usually call diversified? - DigitalC (talk) 05:10, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I agree that it should be capitalized. I'm not sure what you mean about "the differences". Sources use both terms, often starting with the full name "Diversified technique" and then just shortening it in typical American style by using "diversified" or "Diversified". You know, we Americans just have to shorten everything ;-) -- Fyslee / talk 05:31, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
As to actually changing the title, I'll wait and see if anyone else turns up. If there are still no objections, I'll do it and check all places where it is wikilinked and update them. -- Fyslee / talk 05:33, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well, as for differences, diversified is the lack of a technique system, where as Diversified is a technique system. - DigitalC (talk) 22:40, August 3, 2008 (UTC)
Well, since no one has objected yet, I'll go ahead and make the change. -- Fyslee / talk 14:00, 5 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Against merge

[edit]

I was not against a merge at the time, but Diversified technique is clearly notable and warrants a standalone which will be later expanded. Valoem talk contrib 17:51, 29 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
