Missing suburb?
[edit]I think Moggill is also part of the Ryan seat, so I'll add it. If it isn't, I'm wondering why I've been getting Michael Johnson's ads. 61.69.38.80 (talk) 23:36, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
Neimad (talk) 01:35, 26 November 2007 (UTC)Moggill is definitely part of the Ryan Division - I was at the Moggill State School booth on election day. I've added Fig Tree Pocket as well.
Who won?
[edit]Who won this seat? The candidates page lists Michael Johnson as the winner; this page says it was Jane Prentice. So which was it? Moonraker12 (talk) 14:11, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
- No it doesn't. The bolding is for the sitting MP. Prentice won with ease (Johnson didn't get 10%). Frickeg (talk) 14:18, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
- OK, so if Prentice won, why isn't she the sitting MP? And the numbers would be helpful, here.Moonraker12 (talk) 14:24, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
- Because she's the new MP. Johnson went into the election as the sitting MP (i.e. the defender). The defending party, of course, was the LNP. The numbers aren't finalised yet; they'll go on all the electorate pages once the AEC declares them to be final. (We don't have the resources to continually update them across all 150 electorates.) Here's the result so far, if that helps. Frickeg (talk) 14:25, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
- Ah! And yes, the link is very helpful. Moonraker12 (talk) 14:38, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
