I think that the audio file does not correspond to the music of Domine salvum fac regem.
It sounds like the God Saves the Queen, which has a version with French lyrics, but is different from the Domine salvum fac regem recomposed by Lully.
You can easily find the music online and compare it with the audio file.
Do we have an actual source suggesting such a use?
I mean, we're talking about Ancién Regime France and even the most recent dating of the composition way predates the notion of "national anthem" itself.
