Notability

I removed the notability flag. Six of Victoria's 13 official neighbourhoods have WP articles, and the Downtown neighbourhood is easily the most notable of these. The article needs expansion, obviously. 207.194.133.9 (talk) 17:16, 5 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
