Notes 1 & 2

[edit]

The horse was named Yaazer according to Rachel Pagone's definitive biography. Pagones also makes it clear Loder had earmarked the horse as something special but it was Sheikh Mohammed developed Dubai Millennium under Saeed Bin Suroor as a contender for the Dubai World Cup in 2000, racing as a four year old. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alexandermcnabb (talkcontribs) 10:28, 29 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Status question

[edit]

When writing this I was struck by just how few top class horses DM ever beat. Just one "blue" horse, Behrens. Any contemporary sources that pointed this out?Tigerboy1966 (talk) 06:23, 13 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
