Say what?
[edit]- [Dufferin Island] was named in 1876 by Captain Chatfield and the officers of HMS Amethyst after Frederick Hamilton-Temple-Blackwood.
Mysterious… What "Dufferin" his nickname, possibly? – AndyFielding (talk) 08:28, 22 April 2023 (UTC)
- Sorry—that should've been "Was", but "What". The mobile version of WP's Talk editor doesn't let us edit our own posts—at which point, technically, both it and we cease to be "editors". 🤷♂️ – AndyFielding (talk) 08:31, 22 April 2023 (UTC)
