surely this paragraph should be in the past tense??? "The 6 episcopal members are appointed by his Majesty in council and 4 of them must be Archbishops or Bishops of Ireland. They must consist of the Primate and Archbishop of Dublin, where both can appoint a commissioner each. The 5 lay members must include the Lord Chancellor of Ireland and the Lord Chief Justice to the Kings Bench, if they are of the Church of Ireland, and 3 other laymen or clergymen.[2]" Eleutherius (talk) 23:26, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
