Lots of light because of the very short exposure times with Dickson´s Kinetograph. Read about the frame rate of around 46 a second and narrow shutter angle in: The Life And Inventions of Thomas Alva Edison by Dickson; Chatto & Windus, New York and London, 1894. --80.219.134.186 13:39, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Moved to here the following: "*Edison's Black Maria studio is used in Hans-Jürgen Syberberg's movie ¨Hitler: ein Film aus Deutschland¨ in which it appears as a décor for some scenes. It also appears contained in a glass paper weight filled with snow as a representation of the Grail." Does it appear in the film in a paperweight or as a full sized model? Unclear. Is there a reference to substantiate these claimns, besides the film itself? Edison (talk) 18:44, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Found ref for this and will add it back to the article. Edison (talk) 18:50, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
