Huh?
[edit]Article says, "It is the oldest newspaper in Colombia, founded only 10 years after The Washington Post, the oldest in the Americas." The Post was indeed founded in 1877, but it is far even from being the oldest the US. The Boston Globe was founded in 1872, the New York Times in 1851, the Philadelphia Inquirer in 1829, and the New York Post was founded in 1801 as the New-York Evening Post. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.245.223.207 (talk) 20:45, 14 November 2008 (UTC)
- Corrected. Mistake from the Spanish-language version, which has been corrected too. --Julián Ortega - drop me a message 03:30, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
Santo Domingo
[edit]Julio Mario Santodomingo can't be its main shareholder because he died a few years ago. --Forich (talk) 19:20, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
- We could change that to "Santodomingo's succesion" is the main shareholder, or simply point out he was the main shareholder but died some time ago. Either use would be fine. Diego Grez (talk) 22:15, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to 2 external links on El Espectador. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:
- Attempted to fix sourcing for http://www.rsf.org/rsf/uk/rap2000/amer/colombia.html
- Attempted to fix sourcing for http://www.rsf.org/rsf/uk/html/ameriques/cplp/lp/290500.html
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}
).
