Unsourced speculation removed
[edit]I removed the following unsourced, POV paragraph from the end of the article:
- On the federal scene the New Democratic Party, the Green Party, the federal Liberals in Alberta, and all federalist parties in Quebec would be the most obvious potential beneficiaries of a proportional system, since they routinely receive far fewer seats than their number of votes would warrant. The regionalist and separatist Bloc Québécois, which is routinely over represented in the Canadian House of Commons would most likely suffer the most under any proportional system. On the Quebec scene the Liberals and the ADQ would be the main beneficiaries, while in Ontario the Progressive Conservatives were more under-represented in the 2003 election results than the NDP.
This might be reasonable speculation, but it's original research, and biased at that. Rewrite it a bit, add some sourcing and it's good to go. - Haunti (give'r) 05:44, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
