- I believe that Bilby started this review by mistake. I have examined the artcile which is far from ready for GA.
- The prose is poor, the lead does not summarize the article, it needs wikification, lacks context, outstanding multiple issues banner is unaddressed.
- References OK, but there should be inline attribution of who said what, a cite at the end of a paragraph is insufficient.
- Hard to say whether the coverage is broad enough.
