Dear Wiki Authors,
I attended high school with members of Empty Stares, a band based in Philadelphia, PA which changed the face of the music scene of Philadelphia in the early 90's. They had a very large underground following and they were slated to be the next "Silverchair" of the United States and unfortunatley, things just didn't work out for them. I still often hear about them and have even tried to contact them about doing a possible reunion show. I know my article doesn't sound like much, but I would really hope you would consider adding them to the 90's section of your rock band section. They were all over the radio in Philadelphia and I know they did several tours. I was proud to have gone to the same high school with them and they were always the nicest guys.
