Could someone please add a clearer definition so that we know what website classifies as a portal and which does not.

I'd also like to see a few examples, if that's possible. THANKS -- Michael Janich (talk) 07:42, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It'd be a good idea to check all portals in the table for new version numbers, verify the licence and check the JSR compliance. I've checked the JSR compliance for the latest stable version only. -- borg42, 12 January 2009

Java only?

[edit]

I am about to add some content in here on WSRP. I wanted to make sure there wasn't a reason for its absence. This article is extremely Java-centric and I would counter-balance that a little. I will wait a week and then add some content. Alex Jackl (talk) 13:47, 3 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

List of Enterprise Portal Vendors

[edit]

This list has become a list of spam links. I am proposing that the list be trimmed down to only include notable vendors (those with Wikipedia articles). I think that there could also be some benefit in removing the whole section to a new page. Any comments or suggestions appreciated. Vrenator talk 10:46, 3 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have now removed the list of vendors to List of enterprise portal vendors and also removed red links, external links and addtions without articles. Vrenator talk 09:27, 6 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
