Controversies[edit]

It seems to me that the "Controversies" section is a little misleading. I think a more appropriate title would be "Inconsistencies", or something along those lines. Rjmars97 05:53, 6 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Factual Evidence[edit]

Somebody may want to edit this page or "That 70's Finale", as here it says that Topher Grace will be returning for the final episode, while elsewhere it is debated. Zmaz-May 17th, 9:16 PM EST

the largest and most prurient question lying about unresolved in my evil mind is just what sexual act did eric commit while in bed with donna - he did something that shocked her and made her very upset but there was never any other mention of it. what did he do? seems he got the idea from watching a porn flick. which begs the question even farther.i would speculate it was oral sex but the context of that in the 1970's was not that unusual or forbidden. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jimwig (talkcontribs) 00:45, 7 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't even want to know. It was probably something complex... and disgusting. I'm very wholesome, so I DON'T WANT TO KNOW. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.247.244.120 (talk) 00:16, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The first thing that came to my mind was sticking it in the rear. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.130.128.71 (talk) 05:59, 16 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

POV[edit]

I labeled this with the NPOV sticker because there are many words that show POV, such as calling Laurie a cold-hearted bitch, Eric Forman is generally nervous etc... definitely needs to be improved. Croat Canuck 23:26, 28 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Um, POV is only when the author shows a biased towards something...PNF 01:43, 3 March 2006 (UTC)Proud Nintendo Fan[reply]
  • There doesn't seem to be any drastic POV here, so I'm removing the tag. Kevin 10:49, 11 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Reworking the Wiki[edit]

Having recently watched most of That 70s show, I read through this page. It seemed poorly organized (many things mentioned twice, or out of logical order). Also, many of the explanations of Eric and Donna's relationship seemed heavily biased. I tried to fix the orgainization and bias issues as best as I could, but it could still use some improvement. There's also almost no mention of any of his friends except Hyde and Donna, an issue that I didn't try to fix. It seems like the "non-Donna" part of this page could use some expanding.--Cms479 18:00, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Eric's Best Friend[edit]

Steven Hyde is not Eric's best friend. Steven is Kelso's best friend. I've never seen Eric and Steven mentioned as best friends. Eric's best friend is Donna. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.247.244.120 (talk) 20:13, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I just finished watching an episode where Jackie says to Eric that he is Kelso's best friend.

Tone tag[edit]

Article needs severe cleanup. Phrases such as "Although, that wouldn't make sense since..." are inappropriate for an encyclopedia. Please see WP:TPONE and WP:NPOV-- 207.237.223.118 (talk) 06:52, 1 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism[edit]

I have reverted several incidences of vandalism on this page. There appears to be a history of vandalism, based on my glance at the history. Makes me wish some parents would USE the parental controls they have available to them. Hope I've helped.

Cleanup[edit]

Examples of the writing style that needs cleanup: "With this, he visits a guidance counsellor who informs him that it is a very expensive studying experience. However, he offers a choice of reduced costs, if he takes it up in Africa."

"With the blessing from Red and forgiveness from his mother and Donna, he drives off with the Vista Cruiser to a hearty farewell."

"Due to Grace's departure from the show at the beginning of its eighth season, Eric was no longer the central focus of the show, though his character was still heavily used to influence elements of it, and he's mentioned in literally every episode of the season.

"Eric is revealed to have successfully accustomed to his African teachings by his mother."

Too wordy and often sounds as if it was written by someone for whom English is not their first language Mmyers1976 (talk) 21:52, 11 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Incense[edit]

The article uses incense as code for marihuana. Any reason for that? --37.201.28.33 (talk) 11:35, 1 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
