Eric Smidt is completing a $100 Million Dollar Renovation of the Historic Grey Stone Mansion Sister Property (Formerly the Marvin Davis Estate). Richard Manion is lead Architect, David Kleinberg is the Interior Designer, and Peter McCoy is the General Contractor. Peter McCoy lived in the residence with his wife Kacey McCoy (formerly Kacey Doheny) approximately 40 years ago.
