Band member specific contributions

The liner notes nor any other sources list what instruments each member plays on the record. Since most members are multi-instrumentalists who switch instruments frequently, the instruments currently listed are pure speculation. Especially super-specific and rare instruments like the "keytar"; there's no source whatsoever that these were played by these members specifically on this record.
