I deleted this file at a time when it had almost no content, & had not been worked on for 2 days. (I never delete articles like this except at least overnight--but some admins do, wwithin minutews). There's a handy template {{underconstruction}} The present article is substantial, and in my opinion should not be subject to speedy as empty (or as re-creation). It might have been better to wait until I had responded before re-creating it. I suggest a title that does not begin with FBI--I see no other WP titles in this format, perhaps Silvermaster FBI file. And I do not know if a separate article is warranted--please make sure there is not too much duplication of content with the related articles. DGG (talk) 22:26, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I updated the link to volume 82 as it was pointing to a "404 page not found". However, I found an archived copy of the file in the Internet Archive's wayback machine! Radlib (talk) 00:35, 4 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
