Current squad changes

[edit]

I hope that wasn't a vandalism. Russian Premier League official website is not updated yet (16 March 2006) – information is from the club directly. Some players don't have numbers - will be updated later RamBow 06:34, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Certainly not a vandalism. All right, let's wait a couple of days. I think that any players not listed at rfpl.org at that time will have to be removed, as they won't be able to play for the club. Conscious 06:41, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
OK. I'm not sure this page will have a lot of views for this time :-) RamBow 07:03, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Done. RamBow 19:27, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Looks fine now ;) Conscious 20:21, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Former Stars of Torpedo Moscow

[edit]

I would like to beef up this section. More information on former stars, superstars, and unsung heroes.

Valeriy Sarychev Born: 12 January 1960 (Dushanbe, Tajikistan/USSR) Clubs: FC Pamir (Dushanbe), FC CSKA Moscow, FC Torpedo Moscow, Ilhwa Chunma FC (Seoul, South Korea), LG Cheetahs FC (Anyang LG FC) / FC Seoul (Seoul, South Korea) Personal Awards: Best Goalkeeper of USSR (1991); Best Goalkeeper of South Korea (6 times) Team Awards: USSR Cup (1986); K-League Title (1993,1994,1996,2000); K-League Cup (1992); Asian Champions' League Cup (1995); Intercontinental Cup (1996)

Valeriy Sarychev played for FC Torpedo Moscow for 9 seasons, not always as the first-choice keeper. Competed in the UEFA Cup against notorious clubs, such as Brondby FC, Nottingham Forest FC, AS Monaco, Reggina Calcio FC, etc. The seasons he was unjustly placed on the bench, he had to compete for a spot with goalkeepers such as Dmitriy Kharin.

This information can be verified at this link: <http://www.kp.ru/daily/23476.5/37674/>

PLEASE ADD THIS INFORMATION and EDIT MORE.

IMO it would be better just to start an article about this player and make sort of list here RamBow 12:30, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dmitri Borodin

[edit]

I just wanted to take a note that Dmitri Borodin is no longer with Torpedo Moscow and transfered to Sibir Novosibirsk during the 2008 winter transfer window. I removed him from the squad but someone keeps putting him back in. Im going by the offical Torpedo Moscow website.

New logo?

[edit]

I admit, I'm not really up on the Russian system as much as I'd like to be, but this logo seems pretty new. I wonder how old. Be interesting to see a graphical timeline of logos. YellowAries2010 (talk) 03:13, 10 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
