Could be made GA quite easily with the sources I've found

The Coplan and Levine books are a treasure trove of sources for this article. Although it's a pain viewing them with Google Books this article could be heavily expanded with them. Bigger digger (talk) 22:38, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
