Expansion

[edit]

This is one brief event in the history of Blunsdon House, Blackfriars, since a Google around seems to indicate it was originally part of the Priory, was attended by Elizabeth I of England and had a close relationship with its neighbour, the Globe Theatre. It would seem perhaps more useful to create the above redlink and merge this content to that article, once created. Comments? Rodhullandemu 23:20, 7 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have just copied in a moved detailed description of the event from the biography article on [[Robert Drury {Jesuit)]] which is itself a copy of the DNB article on the man. I think that if ever an article on Blunsdon House, Blackfriars is written then like the Robert Drury (Jesuit) article a link can be provided to this article. I think that the event can be viewed from several different aspects and is better off in a detailed stand alone article (which is why I moved it out of the RD bio article). -- PBS (talk) 08:05, 4 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the reference to the protestant view of the event as 'bigotry' as biased — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.149.198.207 (talk) 05:07, 20 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
