Merger proposal
[edit]This page basically amounts to a footnote in the general article saying "this has been abolished in Kentucky". It explains nothing, adds nothing. CapnZapp (talk) 16:15, 13 June 2020 (UTC)
- I agree. Several of the states in Felony murder rule#State law should simply be footnotes on that page (including New Hampshire, Hawaii, Michigan), rather than making a standalone article. Some other states do need a standalone article to cover that state. The Kentucky one should be added as a footnote with all the mark-up and citation current in this stub-article.
