I love Ferndale! I live there. Eagles rock! We won the state football championship 2005! Yesss!!! go eagles!

any info on whether this town is more conservative or liberal by american standards?

First, one must define American standards; seems to me to be rather subjective. That being said, I live here and would say in my opinion to be moderate to conservative and very open minded.

Yes, Ferndale's moderate-to-conservative, but I'd barely say open-minded. It's definitely Whatcom County's swing-district.
